“Before any buildings and structures are erected, placed or altered upon any lot, notice of intent to build or locate such building or structures shall be filed with the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). All buildings and structures (including without limitations, concrete or masonry walls, rockeries, fences, swimming pools, if any, or other structures) to be constructed within the property, and all exterior alterations and repairs (including, but not limited to, reproofing or repainting) of any buildings or structures on the Property and visible from any public street, or other Lot must be approved by an ACC composed of three (3) or more Lot Owners designated from time to time in writing by the Board,…”
